This is a great product for those wanting to try collagen (the studies are few and far between, but getting there) yet do not normally consume a lot of animal products. I am not totally vegan, I like to say that I am Flexitarian, but I never eat 4-legged creatures. This collagen is the right form - marine - and does not cause stomach upset or bad breath/bad taste in mouth. Plus, the Customer Service is fantastic!! I do not subscribe, I only order items when my budget allows, but one time I mistakenly hit the subscribe button with the lower price. When I realized it, I reached out and said just ship this time and charge me for the extra amount I would now owe. Customer Service called me, a real human called me, said that the product was on the way, they could fix the account not to be a subscription, but no way to charge me for the extra I owed and not to worry!! Who ever heard of a company not taking your money???!!!??? And, being nice and helpful on top of that???
I have since ordered some supplements too and will continue sending business this way.

I've been taking a year and definitely see difference in my hair and nails. I have noticed a little difference iny joints but hope it will get better.

I LOVE this product! I feel so energized! I have noticed that my hair and nails are growing stronger and faster than before beginning this supplement.
