    Ingredients (Serves 3)

    2 cups of old fashioned oats
    2 cups of milk (Use almond milk for extra flavor)
    2 tablespoons of chia seeds
    2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup (or honey)
    1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
    Cinnamon Spice ( to taste)
