Shipping FAQ

At checkout, you can choose between two available options:
Standard Shipping:
FREE within the contiguous U.S.
Expedited Shipping:FREE within the contiguous U.S. on orders over $75, or flat rate $6.95 on orders under $75

At this time, Amandean does not offer international shipping. 

Once your order has been processed, your shipping address cannot be modified. Please review carefully and ensure that you’ve entered the correct details before confirming your order. 

If you created an Amandean account in the past, or if you have an active recurring subscription order, you can update your shipping address by logging in to your account and clicking on “view addresses” on the Account Details page.

Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive shipping and delivery updates, including tracking details, to the email address you provided. On the order confirmation page, you can also opt to receive these notifications via SMS.

At Amandean we work hard to get your order on its way to you as soon as possible! Once your order has been processed and packed, you will receive a shipping notification and tracking number via email or SMS. 

If you selected our standard shipping option, you can expect your order to arrive within 4-7 days. 

If you selected expedited shipping, your order should arrive within 2-4 days. 

However, due to high demand, holiday periods, and supply-chain issues, in rare cases some deliveries may take up to 14 days to arrive. If you haven’t received your order within that time frame, please contact us at info@amandean.com.

If you are unsatisfied with your Amandean products, please request a refund by sending us an email at info@amandean.com within 90 days of your purchase.

If you haven’t received your products, we’re here to help! First, log in to your Amandean customer account and verify your shipping address details were entered correctly. Then, check that you’ve received shipping confirmation via your email or SMS notifications.

In rare cases, product containers, lids, or seals may arrive damaged due to the shipping process. Please take a photo of both the damaged item and the box or envelope (including the shipping label) in which it was mailed. Send them to us at info@amandean.com and we’ll replace it free of charge.
