Shipping FAQ

Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive shipping and delivery updates, including tracking details, to the email address you provided. On the order confirmation page, you can opt to receive these updates by text.

You can choose between available shipping options at checkout.

Standard Shipping (Lower 48): FREE
Expedited Shipping (Lower 48): FREE for orders over $75, or $6.95 for below

Once your order has been processed, your shipping address is locked in. If you signed up for an account with us when you ordered in the past, or if you have a recurring order/subscription with us, you can update your shipping address by signing in at www.amandean.com and clicking on “view addresses” in the Account Details page

At this time Amandean does NOT ship internationally. If you would like to receive your favorite Amandean products abroad, we recommend shipping to a friend or family member with a US address and arranging global shipping independently.

At Amandean we are busy packing your order to get it out to you as soon as possible! Once your products are picked, packed and ready to go, you’ll receive a shipping notification along with your tracking/reference number to key an eye on your goods.

If you selected standard shipping, you can expect products to typically arrive within 4-7 days.

For expedited shipping, orders are typically received within 2-4 days.

Due to high demand, holiday periods, and supply-chain management issues, in rare cases deliveries may take up to 14 days to arrive from the day of shipment confirmation. If you have not received your Amandean order within this time, please contact us at info@amandean.com.

If you are unsatisfied with your Amandean products, please request a refund within 90 days of your purchase by sending us an email at info@amandean.com.

If you haven’t received your products, we are here to help! First sign in to your Amandean customer account and verify your shipping address has been correctly entered. Next, check to see if you have received confirmation of shipping in your email or SMS notifications. Get in touch with us at info@amandean.com for assistance.

In rare cases, product containers, lids, or seals may arrive damaged due to the shipping process. Please take a photo of the damaged item and also a photo of the box or envelope (including the shipping label) in which it was mailed. Please include these photos when you contact us at info@amandean.com. We’ll replace it free of charge.
