    Why add Collagen Peptides?

We’re quite positive you’ve heard about collagen as it’s become the holy grail of the beauty industry as of late, but it is also some of the best nutrition you can add to your daily diet due to its extensive list of benefits. Collagen, being the most abundant protein, largely present in muscles, skin, tendons, ligaments, as well as skin, hair, and nails, is known as the glue that holds the human body intact. And even though we are able to produce collagen naturally, our body’s production decreases over the years as we age, which calls for proper collagen supplementation.

    Collagen Supplementation

Being the prevalent component of skin, collagen is crucial in skin health and appearance. Supplementing with Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides has been shown to improve skin texture, elasticity, and hydration, visibly reducing signs of aging. Furthermore, collagen is a predominant factor in health of your hair and nails, hence why the beauty industry loves it so much.

Furthermore, as a structural protein, collagen is responsible for joint health and flexibility, as well as lean muscle growth, which makes it particularly appealing for athletes and weekend warriors alike. In addition, supplementing with non-GMO Collagen Peptides has also been found to promote bone mass and preserve bone structure.

Finally, among numerous other benefits, collagen has also been linked to weight loss due to its satiating effect, as well offer benefits for gut-health & digestion.

Amandean’s fat-free Collagen Peptides supplement contains 90% pure protein with 18 valuable amino acids from pasture-raised, grass-fed cows in South America. Marine Collagen, on the other hand, are sourced from 100% wild-caught cod from pristine waters of the North Atlantic. Regardless of your choice of a supplement from our array of collagen products, rest assured that the emphasis is always on quality!

You’ll need two bowls: one for the base layer mixture, and the other one for the topping; an ice cube tray (it is recommended to use a silicon trays to avoid the bites sticking to the tray).

Add the base pumpkin layer into the ice cube tray, filling each of the cubes halfway - leaving enough space for the chocolate topping. Finally, pour the chocolate evenly, over each of the bites.

Leave the ice cube tray in the fridge for about 20-30 minutes, allowing the bites to harden. Then, your Chocolaty Pumpkin Collagen Bites are ready to be served! Enjoy Halloween and this fantastic collagen-enriched dessert!
