Ever wonder how Instagrammers and food bloggers achieve those beautifully colorful bowls of fashionable breakfast? Did you think they just hired a food stylist to follow them around to tropical locations? Likely NOT. At Amandean we've been experimenting with protein-rich breakfast recipes and want to share one with you that's as attractive as it is nutritious. You'll be surprised at how easy it is.

What is Nice Cream?

Amandean Avacado Mango Nice Cream

Nice cream is a great alternative to regular ice cream because it is literally made out of frozen blended fruit and vegetables and achieves the smooth, creamy texture of real icecream. All you need is a good blender and the desire to get experimental with your ingredients. Let's get started.

Amandean's Nice Cream Recipe with Collagen Peptides

Our receipe features our Premium Grass-Fed Collagen Peptides for an extra kick of all-natural protein that will keep you feeling satiated longer and help to make your hair, nails, and skin radiant. Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body. It is the building material to renew cells in all areas of the body including: hair, skin, nails, eyes, teeth, cartilage, bones, tendons, internal organs, arteries, blood vessels, and the immune system. Collagen accounts for 80% of all connective tissue and 75% of the skin.

Additionally, we've designed this recipe to pack an extra punch by including avocado, which are a rich source of folate, vitamin A and potassium. Avocados should be served raw and have useful amounts of protein, iron, magnesium and vitamins C, E, and B6.

Ingredients (Serves 1)

1 frozen banana
1/2 frozen avocado
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup spinach
1 scoop of Amandean's Grass-Fed Collagen Peptides

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. ( Approx. 3 mins).
Enjoy!
