Does a guilt-free Thanksgiving sound like an oxymoron?! Really, everyone deserves to indulge during the most festive time of the year (especially THIS year!), but some of us need a little more moderation than others. Whether you're trying to keep your diet in-tact during the holidays due to health conditions or you're simply watching your waist-line, we've got some great healthy recipe hacks for you.

The one thing harder to avoid than your obnoxious uncle during the holidays, is sugar. An excess of sugar consumption can leave our bodies feeling fatigued and our skin looking dull and tired, not to mention the risks associated with heart disease, blood pressure, and inflammation. Quite simply, sugar can be as addictive as many drugs and although our collective conscious has been raised, you can still find it in almost everything we buy off a shelf.

One of the simplest ways to reduce sugar consumption during the holidays is to modify home-cooked recipes to be less sweet. Today, we'll look at a low-sugar version of a holiday favorite: Cranberry Sauce! But this isn't just a low-sugar version of the original. We've also added in our maximum bioavailability Liposomal Vitamin C to help boost your immunity and stimulate collagen production in the body.

    Why add Liposomal Vitamin C?

First of all, who said you can't get your daily vitamin dose while also drenching your turkey in cranberry sauce?! Sounds good to me. Secondly, our easy-to-use Liposomal Vitamin C comes in a handy liquid formulathat can be mixed into your favorite spritzer, juice, and recipes like this one. Just be careful not to blend in a high speed mixer or when the liquid is still hot, as these can damage the liposomes themselves. Third, this revolutionary liposomal formulameans that you won't experience any of the digestive discomfort associated with traditional vitamin c tablets, capsules, or powders. Instead, Liposomal Encapsulation Technology(LET) delivers the nutrient directly to the cells that need it most offering up to 6x the absorbency of regular vitamin c. So, when it comes to cranberry sauce, less sugar, more vitamins is what we say!

    So, let's get cooking:)
