    Discover the Superhuman in you!

Take our quiz and find which supplements your body is craving.

It's that time of year again for those of us who can't quite shake our addiction to autumn's favorite hot drink: Pumpkin Spice Lattes or PSLs for those of us who consider ourselves part of the club...the club where we need to drink one at least once per day:) Speaking from the addicts circle, I don't see how anyone can resist the perfectly sweet & spicy harmony of a pumpkin spice latte and if you still haven't tried one, I'd encourage you to start with this recipe because it's packed with health benefits, delicious, and easy to prepare.

But from a health perspective, should we really be endorsing your PSL habit? Good question, and actually yes. Remember, we mentioned health benefits?! First, let's be very clear. We're not suggesting you run out and splurge on the over-priced Starbucks variety that is most often packed with an abundance of sugar (even the smallest size has a whopping 37 grams of sugar) or unwanted sweeteners, as well as artificial flavoring. Instead, we're recommending you master this quick and healthier variety that you can make at home - packed with satisfying protein from our Grass-Fed Collagen Peptides and immune-boosting Vitamin C. Let's get going!

    Why add Collagen Peptides?

Why wouldn't you?! Let's explain our bias;) If you're not familiar, Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body. It is the building material to renew cells in all areas of the body including: hair, skin, nails, eyes, teeth, cartilage, bones, tendons, internal organs, arteries, blood vessels, and the immune system. Collagen accounts for 80% of all connective tissue and 75% of the skin. By adding in a scoop of collagen into your daily smoothie, coffee, or in this case your pumpkin spice latte, you're nurturing a healthy metabolism and the extra protein and can also assist in your weight loss goals, as the extra protein helps curb your appetite. A premium collagen supplement is also an excellent addition for high protein, low carb, Ketogenic (Keto), Paleo, Primal, GAPS, Whole 30 and Bulletproof diets.

120 ml unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
    1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2-3 drops of liquid stevia (or sweetener of choice, we also like maple syrup;)
    1 scoop of Amandean's Grass-Fed Collagen Peptides (10g)
230 ml strong coffee (or 1-2 shots of espresso)
    Sprinkle of cinnamon on top

    The Recipe

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until you get the desired latte texture. Pour into your favorite smoothie mug and enjoy!
