Gut-Healing Paleo Pumpkin Pie With Grass-Fed Beef Gelatin

There are few things that come to mind more than a vivid and delicious image of a drool-worthy pumpkin pie when it comes to Thanksgiving. Admittedly, elastic-waisted pants may be a close second, but to each their own;) Back to the pumpkin pie.

Anyone and everyone who's made a pumpkin pie from scratch understands there are a few important hacks to making sure it's a crowd-pleaser: The perfect crust and just the right amount of spice to start. But for the health conscious (or guilt-ridden) we've got a delicious pumpkin pie recipe that delivers even more than just taste with the added benefits of Grass-Fed Beef Gelatin.

Why Add Beef Gelatin To Your Pumpkin Pie?

Fair question. Grass-Fed Beef Gelatin Powder is an unflavored anti-aging collagen protein supplement. that contains 18 amino acids for healthy skin, hair, joints, and gut health. Amandean's beef gelatin is also paleo friendly, gluten free & non-GMO. Adding grass-fed beef gelatin to your baking & cooking nurtures a healthy metabolism, promotes gut health, and can assist in weight loss due to its high protein content. Basically, it keeps you feeling fuller for longer, especially when you consume it with pie! Beef getatin also supports joint function and flexibility, lean muscle growth, energy, endurance, and recovery time after exercise or physical activity.

Beef gelatin is a natural thickening agent so it's an ideal supplement to add to recipes like pumpkin pie and it can also be used to make homemade gummies, fruit gelatin (jello), marshmallows, custard, pudding, jam, stew, soups, and bone broth. Amandean's Beef Gelatin will gel and thicken when mixed with cold liquids but is soluble in hot liquids. This means it mixes easily into bulletproof coffee, tea, or other hot drinks.
