Anyone and everyone who's made a pumpkin pie from scratch understands there are a few important hacks to making sure it's a crowd-pleaser: The perfect crust and just the right amount of spice to start. But for the health conscious (or guilt-ridden) we've got a delicious pumpkin pie recipe that delivers even more than just taste with the added benefits of Grass-Fed Beef Gelatin.

Why Add Beef Gelatin To Your Pumpkin Pie?

Paleo Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Our recipe is both gluten-free and dairy-free!
Serves: 1 pie

Ingredients

15 ounces canned pumpkin puree, or 1½ cups roasted pumpkin puree
3 large eggs
½ cup full fat coconut milk
1 scoop of Amandean's Grass-Fed Beef Gelatin
½ cup honey
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
⅛ teaspoon celtic sea salt
1 Paleo Pie Crust, unbaked ( We recommend Trader Joe's variety)

Preparation

1. In a food processor combine pumpkin puree and eggs
2. Pulse in coconut milk, honey, pumpkin pie spice, and salt
3. Add in a scoop of Amandean's Premium Grass-Fed Beef Gelatin
4. Pour filling into Paleo Pie Crust
5. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes
6. Allow to cool then refrigerate for 2 hours to set up

Note: It's best to use a 23cm (9inch) pie dish for this recipe to ensure proper thickness.
