Mix 3/4 teaspoon (5 milliliters) of Liposomal Glutathione into your favorite juice or smoothie. Due to the naturally strong sulfuric taste of Glutathione it is always best to take your daily dose by mixing it into another liquid like fruit juice. When taking Liposomal Glutathione with a smoothie, be certain to add in a dose AFTER your smoothie is blended rather than before. Blending can damage the liposomes.

Since this is a premium, liposomal formula, glutathione is able to reach the cells directly in need. You can expect to see initial results within weeks of using our Liposomal Glutathione. However, keep in mind that results vary depending on an individual’s health and general well-being.

Liposomal Glutathione is encapsulated, which means it has been naturally “trapped” inside microscopic spheres called liposomes. Liposomes deliver the glutathione directly into the cells in the bloodstream, whereas traditional forms of glutathione are largely excreted by the body. Oh bummer, we're sorry this product didn't work out for you. That's sort of the nature of glutathione - it's very sulfuric, and smells/tastes a bit like rotten eggs. Our liposomal encapsulation helps minimize that, and we add in some natural fruit extracts and stevia to help, but it's not completely gone. We recommend giving the bottle a light shake before using and adding your serving to a glass of juice (pear or pomegranate work well), or even some lemon water to mask the flavor further. Also, make sure to keep it refrigerated after opening.
We fully get it, however, if you just can't stand it. We're happy to issue you a full refund if you prefer.

It's a good product. I've been using it for years. I do 50 drops per day in deluted lemonade, and it stretches a bottle to last over a month. I'm very satisfied with the product having used several others from different manufacturers.

It is kind of hard to know if this is working. There is no simple or inexpensive test. We do know that taking some in lab test have shown to increase Glutathione levels after a few weeks.
After taking almost a teaspoon per day as directed, I started just putting a few drops under the tongue. It should also absorb that way.
It does have a relatively tart / sour taste but I do not find it unpleasant but some might. In which case you are advised to mix with juice.

Tastes good, hopefully also effective
If we keep getting this product once a month as planned, we shall be happy. Also, could or would you add a small ice pack to keep the product cold. We plan to keep this coming for at least a year.

Horrible smell and flavor. Tastes like sulfur smells but actually started working after a couple days. Will purchase again.

In regards to the product, glutathione is naturally very sulfuric, so has a rotten egg smell to it. We do our best with our formulation to mask that, but it's still present and a bit subjective to each person on how strong it is. Please note that this is a liposomal formula, so it is meant to be consumed orally and not through a nebulizer. A liposomal formula encapsulates the glutathione into nano-sized liposomes that protect it and allow it to pass through the intestinal wall and into the bloodstream. So, if it's a very strong flavor for you, try stirring a spoonful into juice to help mask it. Just don't add into hot liquids or into a blender, as those things can damage the liposomes.

I didn’t even want to give it 1star. For me this was a complete waste of money. The taste is horrible. My desire to spend a little less than the product I had been using was not a good choice. You can’t return or get a refund and I’m just out the $.
Yes, it smells like sulfur, which smells like rotten eggs,... big deal! Just add the 1/2 teaspoon (3 small squirts) to any shot of juice and throw it back! It even has pineapple juice in it to help the taste. Don't take it straight. I add it to my daily shot of Acai juice for maximum benefit.This is a MASTER antioxidant!! So, if you are serious about doing your best to feel better and fight against bad cells in your body, stop whining about the smell and just do it. The benefits far outweigh the smell!

Back in the 1980's you would come home from playing and walk into your house and your Aunt Patty would be giving your mom a perm with God only knows what chemical nonsense turns straight hair curly and the whole room would stink of toxic chemicals and you'd gag on the air. This tastes like the air in that room. I don't even know how people take this supplement. I will be getting glutathione suppositories instead. I would literally rather stick something up my a$$ than taste this.
My product arrived very warm/hot from shipping… I’m wondering if that ruined it… it tastes very sour compared to the last bottle I had.
This was my 4th bottle of the product. The previous ones arrived fine. This one came with weird stickers and part of the label torn off. There was also a yellow substance underneath the plastic wrap on the bottle (possibly a leak). Also, the prior bottles had a 2024 expiration date, but somehow this one has only four months until expiration. For over $40 I expect a much better product. DO NOT BUY!!!
