    The V: This exercise addresses drooping eyelids, crow’s feet, and bags and puffiness underneath the eyes.

    Step 1: Form your middle and index finger into the letter "V".

    Step 2: Place the "V's" onto your face with both middle fingers together in the inner corner of your brows and index fingers at the outer edge of the eyebrows

    Step 3: Look up toward the ceiling and lift the skin below the eyes upward into a squint and then relax

    Step 4: Repeat six times

    Step 5: Finish by tightly squeezing eyes shut

    Step 1: While looking forward, place fingertips at the bottom of the neck well below the jawline and stroke the skin slightly downwards while tilting the head back

    Step 5: Hold for four deep breaths
