My wife was diagnosed with osteoporosis last year, and has been looking for ways to increase her bone density. Vitamins D and K seem to be important to this process, so she's been including them in her supplements. These gel tabs were easy to swallow. And they definitely are effective because her Vitamin D levels were actually too high when she had them tested, and she has stopped taking the high dosage Vitamin D on the advice of her doctor.

I love this! My boyfriend and I are both Vegan, and admittedly, like a lot of people, dont get enough sunlight! Introverted nerds that we are.Haha, all jokes aside, these are great. The pills are very small, which is a huge plus for me because I hate taking large pills.The quality seems better than other brands I have tried on here, and the best part is how they are Vegan! They come with a ton of pills, so I won’t have to worry about purchasing for a while. I’m very happy with my purchase!
Love the softgels, and only having to take one a day. They are easy to swallow with no stomach upsets. Good price for the amount you are getting. This is one of those supplements it is hard to see/feel the benefits, but by reading the ingredient list, I know these are helping.
