I recently started taking this supplement and need time to see if it has done what it's supposed to. :)

I love these bite-sized gel supplements. I have to take a large dose of vitamin D3/K2 twice a week. These small soft gel pills make it easy to take a larger amount of pills that seem to just glide down with no potential of getting stuck. Very convenient great ingredients, and easy to take.

I appreciate that I only need one capsule per day. This makes one bottle a 4 MONTHS supply .
Perfect lvls of D3 & K2 makes this a perfect product for me.

I've tried so many different vitamin D supplements but this particular VegD3 is the only one that actually changed the amount of vitamin D in my blood. Happy to find it here for a good price.

My wife was diagnosed with osteoporosis last year, and has been looking for ways to increase her bone density. Vitamins D and K seem to be important to this process, so she's been including them in her supplements. These gel tabs were easy to swallow. And they definitely are effective because her Vitamin D levels were actually too high when she had them tested, and she has stopped taking the high dosage Vitamin D on the advice of her doctor.

I love this! My boyfriend and I are both Vegan, and admittedly, like a lot of people, dont get enough sunlight! Introverted nerds that we are.Haha, all jokes aside, these are great. The pills are very small, which is a huge plus for me because I hate taking large pills.The quality seems better than other brands I have tried on here, and the best part is how they are Vegan! They come with a ton of pills, so I won’t have to worry about purchasing for a while. I’m very happy with my purchase!

After some recent encounters with D3 products not using the standard D3:K2 ratio, it was a good experience using this product. I've mentioned in my prior reviews of D3 supplements that I had discovered this past year that it is likely better to take D3 along with K2, because D3 promotes production of K2-dependent proteins which require K2 in order to function properly (research is ongoing). While I am not personally concerned about lack of calcium intake, some competing products include it because D3 and K2 help ensure that it is properly deposited in bones. To compensate for this lack of K2, I had been consuming separate products, such as Complete K from a Norwegian label called Supersmart, which provides both K1 and K2. The math to determine the appropriate ratio of D3:K2 is simple, but it's convenient to consume both from the same product. While there are better buys than this Amandean product, this product fortunately provides the standard 125mcg (5000 IU) D3 and 100mcg K2 per capsule. While I have an usually strong immune system relative to other people (other people have expressed anger at me that I don't get sick when I'm surrounded by sick people), I know when I feel even a slight tinge of illness that I need to grab the Colostrum, Vitamin D3+K2, and Vitamin C in order to prevent too much negative impact. I also grab this combination of supplements when I feel especially tired due to a string of long work days, because I know I'm more vulnerable to illness. Don't pay attention to physicians who state that megadoses of D3 shouldn't be taken. While you should always know your specific body before taking megadoses, physicians generally don't know what they're talking about because the vast majority of them don't understand supplements, generally depending on pharmaceutical companies to train them to prescribe only patented medications.

At first this supplement seems a little pricey, but when you see that it has not only your daily Vitamin D3 in each capsule, but also K2 and that it's a 4 month supply, it's really reasonably priced. Both of these supplements are so important for immunity and heart health. I like that they're small and easy to swallow, and also vegan capsules.

Love the softgels, and only having to take one a day. They are easy to swallow with no stomach upsets. Good price for the amount you are getting. This is one of those supplements it is hard to see/feel the benefits, but by reading the ingredient list, I know these are helping.

I’m impressed with this effective product. Having bioactive K2 is hard to find, and there are so many counterfeit K2 products out there. I appreciate that they list the source of their ingredients and I know what I’m getting - and that it’s vegan! No flavor or bad taste, easy to take, thank you!

I’ve always bought D3and K2 separately because in early combo offerings the D was way too low for my needs (5000IU). Finally supplement manufacturers have realized the need for higher amounts of D in their combo formulas and I’m happy about that, it’s more convenient and (in most cases) cost effective. They’re also catching on to the ever growing vegan market and there is so much available now. This Amandean D3 is derived from algae, they use organic coconut oil in the capsules, and a non-GMO glycerin capsule. I haven’t had any problems with this brand.

I was very disappointed when Nutrigold switched from softgels to the typical powdered capsules four years ago. Since then, I’ve migrated over to Garden of Life’s Vitamin D3 since there weren’t any softgel replacements. I was extremely excited to see softgels in a D3 format was back. If you’re not getting enough sun in your life, then Vitamin D3 is a must. Zinc and D3 are probably the two most important two supplements to keep your health up.5000 IU is on the higher side, so if you’re taking other multivitamins and getting enough sun, watch your consumption and do your yearly blood work. You can skip it a few times a week.Overall, I’m thrilled to find this pill, but then again, it can also be from all the D3 I’ve been consuming. 🤪

Over the years I've had a major pet peeve about how difficult/expensive it has been to find vegan vitamin D products. Most vitamin D is derived from sheep's wool and is not vegan. Over the years the products have been low dosed (1000-2500 UI), overpriced, and so on. The product I had been using up until now is Naturello's product. However, while it has a decent product for just D3, the D3 + K2 product is again overpriced and doesn't come in bottles with enough pills. I have also never seen a vegan D supplement with gel capsules which is a quite commonly found form of non vegan d3 and has non vegan gelatin.Since vitamin D is fat soluble this method really helps with its absorption. It is also important to take vitamin K while you are taking high dose vitamin D as it is possible otherwise this could lead to calcification of arteries. This was the issue I ran into with other vegan D supplements as you'd pay a premium for the vitamin D and then you'd have to pay extra for the K which sucks.These are 100% vegan gel caps that have MCT oil which is also healthy along with the D and K. They are football size and easy to take. This is a must for anyone even in areas where there is a lot of sun. From mood to immunity and especially during the pandemic vitamin D is essential!

My doctor suggested a few years ago to start taking a vitamin D3 supplement. This is the first one I've used that combines with K and from an vegan source. As a vegetarian I appreciate that fact. This is a little more expensive that my usual brand, but a single daily dosage is a three months supply. No negative side effects and easy to swallow.

I hadn't really considered why I might want a vegan or plant sourced D3 supplement until I was looking to add a D + K supplement (reportedly much better for calcium metabolism). I saw this Premium Vegan D3 K2 listed and wondered what wasn't plant based about my current D3 supplement. So I pulled out the bottle, turned it over and read that it contained Beef Gelatin. Time to order these instead! These gel caps are just slightly larger than the tiny D3's I had been taking, and a bit lighter in color. They seem to work well. I am very happy to have found these and feel confident that they will help me keep all my bones just as I prefer them.

This is a real win-win. Vit D is critical and many of us are not going outside the way we used to. Vit K is also such a helpful vitamin and most of us don't eat as much leafy greens as we should. The MK-7 form of Vit. K is the most absorbable and also promotes strong bones. Tiny capsules, great price, clean vegan ingredients.
