CREATINE HCI PILLS

It’s only been a little over a week that I have been taking the creatine. I am training for a 10k. I am 71 years old and so far I still have it. Hopefully, it’s the creatine that’s helping me.

Creatine HCI

I have been taking Creatine HCI for several months. I’m very happy that it is American-made. I have had no stomach upset issues, and I especially like that a serving is one pill daily. I can’t really say how much it helps my muscles or mental acuity but will continue to take for its potential to maintain or improve. I also like that with Amandean’s subscribe and save feature, you are notified before time for the next shipment, and if necessary, the shipment can be skipped or you can pick a date that will be more convenient.

Only 1 pill!

1 pill! YES, 1 pill!! I don't even know where to start. I've been taking creating for probably 15 years or so. I've tried a lot of products. Every single one of them has been a hassle somehow. It's either powder you have to mix, that hits you too fast and gives you the jitters and anxiety, ones that you have to take 2 pills multiple times per day, or other ones that are huge pills that dissolve in your gut (or maybe don't fully). This product has none of these issues. Oh, and did I mention that it's only 1 pill! It's almost too good to be true. I was on creatine mono before though and switched. I haven't felt any difference since switching, aside from less bloating. That's a plus, feeling the same, as expected. I've come off creatine before, so I know the difference in how I feel.

Switching to this type since all women really need this. I was using the mono powdered one and it wouldn’t dissolve in water. So who knows if I was even getting very much. This type crosses the blood brain barrier where the other type doesn’t according to my doctor. You need less of this type vs. the mono one. Plus I travel a lot and this is much easier than a baggie full of white powder at TSA…. LOL. This is great for everyone. But if you’ve a woman over 40, watch Chalene Johnson’s interview with a physician. That’s why I switched. Plus the powder would need up in my last sip of water when I finished my water bottle. Not pleasant.
