    Making your own guac from scratch may seem like a lot of work, and when in a rush, you may opt for the faster alternative. However, you may want to give this a second thought. Considering that most processed variations are loaded with sugar, artificial aromas, and coloring, it might be worth the extra time.

    On the other hand, making your own guac at home means you’ll be eating fresh food, carefully chosen (preferably organic) ingredients, and you’ll be able to customize your dish however you’d like.     • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
    • 2 small tomatoes (diced)
    • ½ minced jalapeno
    • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro
    • ½ tsp salt
    • ½ tsp ground cumin
    • ¼ tsp ground pepper
    • 1 large clove minced garlic
    • few drops CBD oil
    • 1 scoop Non-GMO Collagen Peptides Powder

    Mash the avocado halves in a bowl using a fork or a potato masher. Add all the seasoning, as well as garlic, onion, tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeno, and lime juice.
